Fares Information

Travelling after the morning peak on weekdays, anytime weekends or Bank Holidays allows you to purchase a Off Peak Day Return fare.

Groupsave fare allows 3 or 4 adults to travel together for the cost of 2 Off Peak Day Return fares. Groupsave is available for travel between any two stations where a Off Peak Day Return is available (and at the same time). Tickets allow break of journey on either or both legs of the journey as long as you continue in the same direction. GroupSave tickets are not available on Cross Country Trains services.

Residents can save money on local leisure trips with the Devon and Cornwall Railcard.

Branch Line Rangers

A Branch Line Day Ranger ticket is available for each of the Rail Ale Trail branch lines and is perfect for visiting more than one place on the line.

The Branch Line Day Ranger allows you to hop on, hop off all day, after the morning peak on weekdays, anytime weekends and Bank Holidays. For more information, visit our sister site Great Scenic Railways

Rail Rovers

Two Railrovers cover Devon & Cornwall. The Freedom of Devon & Cornwall covers the two counties and as far east as Tiverton Parkway and Axminster. The Freedom of the South West Railrover covers both counties and a much larger area extending to Cardiff, Great Malvern, Swindon, Salisbury and Portsmouth.
